Psalm 119:89-176
Today we’re looking at the last 11 Hebrew Alphabets of 8 verses each making a total of 88 verses.
Once again let me highlight a verse from each of the 11 alphabets as follows;
LAMED
Verse 89, “For ever, O LORD, Your word is settled in heaven.”
-The Word of God is eternal, established, and highly positioned.
MEM
Verse 99, “I have more understanding than all my teachers: For Your testimonies are my meditation.”
-The knowledge from God’s Word surpasses any other and it places a believing student always higher than his heathen teachers.
NUN
Verse 105, “Your word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.”
-When you are motionless the Word of God that you have studied becomes a lamp loaded with oil at your feet. Then when you start walking and working that lamp of the Word sheds light along your path and all your movement.
SAMEK
Verse 116, “Uphold me according to Your word, that I may live: and let me not be ashamed of my hope.”
-The Word of God does not disappoint. May whatever you are hoping for, never bring any shame.
AYIN
Verse 126, “It is time for You, LORD, to act: for they have regarded Your law as void.”
✅Having men struggling with the ongoing destructive floods and all other calamities, my prayer now is; “Oh God, it’s time for you to act with the works of your mercy”.

Verse 130, “The entrance of Your words gives light; It gives understanding to the simple.”
-When the Word of God is unfolded, its revelation creates an entrance into our lives which lets in the light of knowledge and understanding even to the lifting of the simple.
TSADDE
Verse 140, “Your Word is very pure: therefore Your servant loves it.”
-Question: How much do you love God’s Word?
QOPH
Verse 148, “My eyes are awake through the night watches, That I may meditate on Your word.”
I advise that when going through insomnia or lack of sleep at night, have yourself a Bible verse or some verses to meditate on.

Verse 157, “Many are my persecutors and my enemies; Yet I do not turn away from Your testimonies.”
-May your unwavering focus on God’s Word keep you strong and firm against your persecutors, enemies, and distractors.
SHIN
Verse 162, “I rejoice at Your Word, As one who finds great treasure.”
-The Word of God carries great wealth and becomes treasurable, hence the joy in studying it.
TAU
Verse 169, “Let my cry come before You, O LORD: Give me understanding according to Your word.”
It’s good and wise to pray scripturally. Crying or capturing God’s attention on the platform of His Word gives a lot of impact to your prayers.
