Here at JENELIM we believe in one-man and one-woman marriage. JENELIM encourages its members to unite in Christian marriage and provides pre-and post-marriage care and counseling services. Hence, the our family ministry has the following objectives:

a) To build up the family in the profound true teaching of the Bible and basic Christian teachings and encourage family fellowship and prayer

b) To enhance love, harmony, unity, integrity, co-operation, etc. in the family

c) To assist the family to carry one another’s burden in life with the intention to accomplish the command of the Lord

d) To provide an ongoing teaching, care, counseling, and advice in relation to faith and family responsibility

So wherever you are on the marriage journey, let us inspire and encourage you to make your marriage all you dream it can be.

Marriage is both rewarding and fulfilling when characterized by unconditional commitment and sacrificial love. It is a union of one man and one woman with different sets of expectations concerning marriage. Both husband and wife are shaped by positive and negative experiences throughout their lives and they bring those two different pasts into their union.
Because of this, each individual can have different ideas about how to resolve conflict, the importance of money managing, religion and faith, having and raising children and what it means to love someone for the rest of your life.
We want to show you practical ways that will help you start your wedded life together with Christ at the center of your relationship. Using Biblical principles from God’s Word, we will equip you so when you promise, “as long as we both shall live,” you will be able to live it out God’s way!

As you better understand your emotions, attitudes, needs, and abilities, you will also have a deeper understanding of others. Thus, all of your relationships will be enhanced.

JENELIM is committed to bringing men and women who do not have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ into fellowship with Him and into responsible church membership through: equipping believers, enriching persons and evangelizing people.

Family is the institution from where a society originates. Family is created and installed as an institution by God with His blessings, guidance, and supervision (Genesis 1: 26 – 31; 2: 18-25). Christ has taught in-depth on the family and union of a man and a woman in marriage as one flesh (Matthew 19: 1 – 12).

The Marriage Counseling focus & purpose is designed to …

… enrich the lives of couples who are married, engaged or considering marriage. Our Marriage Counseling is committed to bringing couples into a closer intimate relationship with God and their mates by:

providing tools to enrich marriage through education;
activities to promote communication and intimacy;
and biblical understanding of the precepts of marriage so that God will be glorified in our marriages.

The Counseling offers Marriage Builder classes; host workshops, conferences, retreats and other events designed to equip and enrich the lives of families.

The counseling ensures that participate will be:
